Why DomeSystems began
The idea began during a consulting engagement at a large property management firm. Its facilities team had Siemens Desigo in six buildings, an energy budget, and a sustainability target, but no practical way to act on the BMS data.
The BMS supplied historical trends and alarms, but could not read a Tuesday forecast, recognize that the east wing heats slowly when overnight lows are below 48 degrees, and pre-condition it. That knowledge was held by a facilities manager nearing retirement.
DomeSystems encodes that knowledge from sensor data, runs automated setpoints without manual input, and applies it across every zone and building without someone having to nurse the system.
We are based in Atlanta, Georgia, serving commercial portfolios across North America. We are not a full CMMS platform. We are the AI layer between your BMS and your energy goals.

DomeSystems writes back only to zones you authorize. Authorization can be revoked anytime. We add intelligence, not a substitute for human judgment on critical systems.

Keep the BMS you have. DomeSystems connects to it, including BACnet, Modbus, and OPC-UA.
