The Operations Layer Your BMS Lacks

DomeSystems links sensors and teams, turning BMS data into coordinated heating, cooling, and lighting choices that adjust in real time.

Core Capabilities

One system. Four jobs.

DomeSystems handles the decisions your team made manually, with zone-level precision across every building in your portfolio.

Automated Zone Setpoints

DomeSystems uses current occupancy signals and past thermal drift by zone, then sends setpoint updates for BMS execution. No manual override cycles. No outdated schedules at midnight in empty buildings.

Scheduling by Occupancy

Sensor and calendar data reveal occupancy patterns, shaping per-zone schedules for meeting-heavy Tuesdays and quiet Fridays. Exceptions need no facilities ticket.

Systems Working Together

HVAC and lighting share one loop instead of chasing separate schedules. When a conference room empties, its airhandler setpoint and lighting circuit respond together, not 30 minutes apart.

Portfolio Energy Reporting

View zone energy by floor, building, or portfolio in one dashboard. Export weekly summaries or access data by API, before or after a lease negotiation or ESG report.

Intelligence Layer

A thermal model for each zone, using your data

Most BMS platforms run schedules written last year. DomeSystems models each zone's thermal response from sensor, weather, and occupancy data gathered over a rolling 30-day window.

The model keeps updating. An east-facing curtain wall may make a zone heat slowly on cold mornings; DomeSystems learns this and pre-conditions it. A zone that cools faster after occupancy falls gets a revised setpoint recovery curve.

No configuration or data-labeling training phase. Observation begins day one, with recommendations starting within the first week after connection.

How data flows through DomeSystems

DomeSystems connects to your BMS in read-only mode. You authorize write-back for setpoint commands and schedule updates through the interface your BMS manages.

Security note

DomeSystems uses a dedicated service account for read-only BMS access. Write-back uses separate credentials that you control and can revoke. Data in transit uses TLS 1.3. Sensor readings remain for 13 months rolling, then are deleted.
